  • Educational Qualification : 
  • For Sub Inspector (Staff Nurse) : 10+2 or equivalent or Degree/ Diploma in General Nursing Program.
  • For Assistant Sub Inspector (Pharmacist Qualified) : 10+2 or equivalent or Degree in Diploma in Pharmacy from any recognised Institution of the central or state government.
  • For Constable (Kahar) : Pass in Matriculation 10th pass or equivalent  from a recognised Board.
  • Age Limit : Minimum and Maximum age limit is 21 to 30 years for Sub Inspector, 18 to 25 years for Assistant Sub Inspector & 18 to 23 years for Constable.
  • Age Relaxation : 05 years for SC/ST Candidiates, 03 years for OBC Candidates & 10 years for Ex. Servicemen Candidates.

 Who Can Apply – All India 
BSF Selection Process : Selection will be based Written test, Physical Measurement, Physical Efficiency test, Professional knowledge/ trade test & Medical Examination.
Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs.200/- (for SI/Staff Nurse) & Rs. (for ASI and Constable) through IPO/ Bank Draft (आईपीओ / बैंक ड्राफ्ट)in favour of Concerned ADG/ IG/ DIG Commandant of  respective Examination Centre, payable in respective branch. SC/ ST, female & Ex. Servicemen Candidates are exempted this application fee.

 In HIndi:- उम्मीदवारों को 200 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा (एसआई / स्टाफ नर्स के लिए) और रु। (एएसआई और कॉन्स्टेबल के लिए) संबंधित परीक्षा केंद्र के संबंधित एडीजी / आईजी / डीआईजी कमांडेंट के पक्ष में आईपीओ / बैंक ड्राफ्ट के माध्यम से, संबंधित शाखा में देय होगा। अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति, महिला एवं पूर्व सैनिक उम्मीदवारों को इस आवेदन शुल्क से छूट दी गई है।
How to Apply BSF Vacancy : Interested Candidates may apply in prescribed application form along with Self-attested copies of relevant documents, two self attested photograph & two self addressed envelops of size of 25 x 12 cms postal stamp worth Rs. 27/- send to the Concerned Headquarters on or before 30 days from the Date of publication.
